Before going to the Kitchen Store, we had a couple of quotations from other companies, but they hadn't listened to our ideas. Roger at the Kitchen Store listened and came up with a design, using Nolte units and a wharf worktop, which was exactly what we wanted. We spent time at the spacious showroom, it has a great range of units. The installation of our kitchen was delayed by the pandemic, but eventually took place. The fitters were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and we are delighted with the finished kitchen. It has been much admired. Did everything go to plan? No, we did have a misunderstanding about the plastering of the walls, but it was quickly resolved. We suggest that during the survey stage both sides talk through not only the position of kitchen units but condition of the walls etc especially if you choose a seamless worktop, which needs a very smooth finish to the walls. Kitchen Store aren't the cheapest, but they are professional. Our kitchen looks fantastic, and hopefully will last for years.

We had a kitchen installed by The Kitchen Store in March 2020. We are really pleased with how it all worked out and now have a modern, bright kitchen that is a delight to use. It was very useful to have a physical store to visit. Our designer, Roger, was very helpful, responsive and unhurried. As there are so many different options and products, we visited the store a lot of times and worked through about nine different modifications of the final design and specification (trust me, there are about three choices for everything you can think of). Roger was very patient and lent us many samples to take home. Roger was also very supportive of keeping everything within our budget. The install team of Harry and Will were absolutely EXCELLENT. Timely, tidy and efficient. Due to the first Covid lockdown, the schedule was tight, but The Kitchen Store did everything possible to rip out our old kitchen and install the new one before the full lockdown took place. We did have a few minor snagging issues but Roger was very helpful in resolving these. Twelve months down the line we did have a small issue with some movement on the one of the worktop heights but this was sorted out in 48 hours, which was immensely impressive. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience with The Kitchen Store.

Many friends have kitchens from national specialist retailers and DIY chains. Most have been pleased, but some experienced fall-out from the supply and fitting. Our experience of dealing with the team at The Kitchen Store is nothing short of perfection. From outset, the empathy and understanding of our demanding requirements was transformed into excellent three-dimensional visuals. Through on-line presentations and a site visit the visuals were updated to form the final plans along with the well-received estimate. Once our builders had left, the fitting team took over to transform the vacant shell. Yes, there were issues but all had solutions and not the type of issues that escalate into problems. Roger's cool and unflappable can-do attitude; including updating the plans with an additional unit to satisfy our changing requirements, is testament to the team's excellent customer care. Ultimately, The Kitchen Studio team have not just created a working space, but created a wonderful living space that we know will be enjoyed for many years to come.

The whole process was seamless, such a professional service from everyone we dealt with at the company, with attention to detail and nothing is ever too much trouble.
